Prawn Stir Fry with Rice Noodles
1. Prepare prawns
Peel the prawns, leaving the tail on. Crush, peel and finely chop the garlic. Trim the spring onions and cut into 1 centimetre pieces on the diagonal. Deseed the chilli and slice finely.
2. Prepare Noodles
Follow packet directions to cook the noodles. Drain the noodles when ready to use.
3. Heat wok
Heat a wok or large frying pan until a drop of water sizzles in it. Add the oil.
4. Stir Fry Prawns
When the oil is hot, add the prawns, garlic, spring onions and chilli. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until the prawns curl and change colour.
5. Combine and add sauce
Add the drained noodles and soy sauce to the wok and stir fry to combine. Add the snow pea sprouts and stir fry for 1 minute. Serve garnished with snow pea sprouts.
