1. Clean the Solid Top

Sprinkle Hansells baking soda on COLD BBQ plate and scrub with a damp soft bristled brush. Rub off grime and grease with a paper towel in a circular motion.Rinse thoroughly with water and repeat as necessarily.

 

2. Clean the Open Grill

Mix a couple of tablespoons of Hansells baking soda into warm water and using a brush or BBQ tool remove grease and grime. Wipe with a paper towel in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly with water and repeat as necessarily.

3. Season

Season the BBQ plates with Alfa One Rice Bran Oil. This will protect your BBQ  and help to ensure that food doesn’t stick.
