Cooking Method

1. Cook the rice

Wash one cup of brown rice and combine with 2 cups of boiling water. Bring to the boil and then turn down to simmer for 30 minutes or until rice is cooked.

2. Make the dressing

Mix Alfa One Rice Bran Oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic together.

3. Roast

Dry roast cashews, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

4. Combine

Combine dressing, nuts and currant mixture to cooled rice.

This delicious salad is a real croud pleaser.
