How to BBQ Salmon
Wash and dry the salmon.Remove any bones. Cut into even sized pieces. Marinate with Alfa One Rice Bran Oil.
Heat solid plate of BBQ to high. Cook presentation side first & press into the BBQ for a good seal
Turn BBQ to medium heat. Large pieces will take approximately 4 minutes in total to cook.
When white protein starts to form on the outside of the fillet the salmon is ready.
Season with salt and pepper and rest for 3 minutes.
